What's included in the package?
Cameras (count and model shown in the title), a matching network video recorder with hard drive, all required PoE cables, mounting hardware, and step-by-step setup guide. Everything you need to record straight out of the box.

Do I need anything else to install this?
Just basic tools — drill, screwdriver, ladder. The recorder plugs into your home/business router via a single Ethernet cable and powers all the cameras through the included PoE cables. No electrician required.

Can I add more cameras later?
Yes — the included recorder has spare channels (e.g. an 8-channel NVR with 4 cameras has 4 spare). Just buy compatible cameras from the same brand and plug them into the recorder's spare PoE ports.

Will this work with my phone?
Yes — use the free Hik-Connect (Hikvision/HiLook) or DMSS (Dahua) app to view live video, get motion alerts, and play back recordings from anywhere with internet.

Do you install it for me?
We're an online retailer — we ship the kit and provide remote setup support, but installation is DIY or via a local installer. We can recommend installers in major Australian cities — just ask.

What's the warranty?
