Shipping and Returns

Shipping

All orders ship from our Australian warehouse. We dispatch on the same business day for orders placed before 2pm AEST, Monday to Friday.

Shipping costs

  • Free shipping Australia-wide on orders over $200.
  • Standard shipping under $200: $15 flat rate.

Delivery times

  • Metro areas: 1–3 business days
  • Regional areas: 3–7 business days
  • Remote areas: up to 10 business days

Tracking — you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return window on unused products in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us via the contact page with your order number and the reason for the return.

What we accept

  • Change of mind returns — product in original, unopened packaging (within 7 days of delivery).
  • Faulty or damaged products — covered under our 3-year warranty.
  • Incorrect products shipped — we cover return shipping.

What we can't accept

  • Opened products that have been installed or used.
  • Change-of-mind returns more than 7 days after delivery (warranty claims still apply up to 3 years).

For warranty claims, the product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion in line with Australian Consumer Law.
